- Amount once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted towards other participants.
2. Owing to any unforeseen circumstances, ISKCON Bangalore reserves the right to cancel any module and offer alternate modules.
3. The various activities that may be filmed, shall be used for future educational and promotional purposes. The copyrights of all photos, audio and video recordings shall rest with ISKCON Bangalore.
4. All notifications and program related communication will be through electronic mode of communication.
5. Participants shall report on time for the Culture Camp every day.
6.The Culture Camp is scheduled with an expectation of active participation from the child; hence we request that the children attend the entire program without any break.
7. Missed sessions shall not be repeated.
8. Parents are not encouraged to meet their children during the camp activities.
9. Participants shall not carry mobile phones or other electronic devices to the Camp.
10. Participants shall not carry any non-veg food items including eggs to the Camp. 11.Team-Culture Camp may organize additional activities such as travel excursions, day trips, or temple visits, available at an extra cost. Participation in these activities will be optional, allowing attendees to choose based on their interest and convenience. 12.To ensure our team of volunteers can provide the best support, we kindly request parents of differently-abled children, as well as those with learning disabilities, ADHD, or hyperactivity, to connect with us before registering their child for the camp. 13.Certificates will be issued to all participants who have attended 90% of the sessions.
