Cancellation Policy and other Terms

• The following cancellation charges shall be payable by you on cancellation of the registration:
• For cancellation request received up to 24th December,25 – 50% cancellation charges (i.e. 50% Refund)
• Cancellation requests received between 25th December,25 to 1st January -60% cancellation charges (i.e. 40% Refund)
• Cancellation requests received between 1st January to 18th January -75% cancellation charges (i.e. 25% Refund)
• For requests received after 20th January 2024 -100% cancellation charges (i.e. No Refund)
• It will take about 10 working days from the date of receipt of the mail intimation to process the refund.
• The program may be modified, changed or canceled if any Government regulations are imposed on short and sudden notice due to any unforeseen circumstances. Krishna Life – ISKCON Bangalore, will not be responsible for losses incurred due to such occurrences

• Senior citizens : It is mandatory that Senior citizens are accompanied by their immediate kith or kin. As the trip will include walking, parikramas etc,. which could be tiring for them. There should be someone from the family to assist them during the entire trip. Also, they should have been attending our sessions regularly.
• Accommodation Policy :
  • If you are a single person participating in the trip, you may need to share the room with strangers. If you wish to stay alone, an additional charge of INR 6500 is applicable. Please contact your KL guide for more details.
