Terms and Conditions

1. Amount once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted towards other participants.
2. All notifications and program related communication will be through electronic mode of communication.
3. Participants shall report on time for the Culture Camp every day.
4. The Culture Camp is scheduled with an expectation of active participation from the child; hence we request that the children attend the entire program.
5. The various activities that may be filmed, shall be used for future educational and promotional purposes. Copyrights of all photos, audio and video recordings shall rest with ISKCON Bangalore.
6. ISKCON Bangalore reserves the right to cancel/or offer another activity, in case a reasonable no. of children are not available for participation in the planned activity.
7. Parents are not encouraged to meet their children during the camp activities.
8. Participants shall not carry mobile phones or other electronic devices to the camp.
9. Participants must carry one heavy snack from home for the short break. This should not include any non-veg food items &/or eggs.
10. Parents will need to arrange for their child’s transportation to the school during camp days.
11. Theatre &/or Dance performances on camp conclusion, will involve hiring costume & make-up artist, arrangements for which, shall be made by parents.
12. To ensure that our team of volunteers can provide the best possible support, we request parents of differently-abled children, children with learning disabilities, ADHD, or hyperactivity, to connect with us before registering their child for the camp.
13. Certificates will be issued to participants with a minimum of 90% attendance.
