Cancellation Policy and other Terms

• If due to any circumstances or personal reasons you have to cancel your trip registration, please contact Lohith at 7619497105 to initiate the cancellation process.
• The following cancellation charges shall be payable by you on cancellation of the registration:
• For cancellation requests received up to 14th September – 50% cancellation charges (i.e. 50% Refund).
• Cancellation requests received between 15th September to 1st October – 60% cancellation charges (i.e. 40% Refund).
• Cancellation requests received between 1st October to 10th October – 75% cancellation charges (i.e. 25% Refund).
• For requests received after 10th October 2026 – 100% cancellation charges (i.e. No Refund).
• It will take about 10 working days from the date of receipt of the mail intimation to process the refund.
• The program may be modified, changed or canceled if any Government regulations are imposed on short and sudden notice due to any unforeseen circumstances. Krishna Life – ISKCON Bangalore will not be responsible for losses incurred due to such occurrences.

• Senior citizens: It is mandatory that senior citizens are accompanied by their immediate kith or kin. As the trip will include walking, parikramas, etc., which could be tiring for them, there should be someone from the family to assist them during the entire trip. Also, they should have been attending our sessions regularly.
• Accommodation Policy:
  • If you are a single person participating in the trip, you may need to share the room with strangers. If you wish to stay alone, additional charges will be applicable. Please contact your KL Guide for more details.
