    • 1. If due to any circumstances or personal reasons you have to cancel your trip registration, the cancellation request must be sent by email to us at pallavi.bobbadi@hkm-group.org and Cc to your KL Guide (Please contact your KL Guide to get his Email ID)
      2. The following cancellation charges shall be payable by you on cancellation of the registration:
      a. For cancellation request received up to 1st September 2025
      -50% cancellation charges (i.e. 50% Refund)
      b. Cancellation requests received between 1st September to 18th September 2025
      -60% cancellation charges (i.e. 40% Refund)
      c. For requests received after 18th September 2025 -100% cancellation charges
      (i.e. No Refund)
      3. It will take about 10 working days from the date of receipt of the mail intimation to process the refund.
      4. The program may be modified, changed or cancelled if any Government regulations are imposed on short and sudden notice due to any unforeseen circumstances. Krishna Life – ISKCON Bangalore, will not be responsible for losses incurred due to such occurrences.

      6. Senior citizens : It is mandatory that Senior citizens are accompanied by their immediate kith or kin. As the trip will include walking, parikramas etc,. which could be tiring for them. There should be someone from the family to assist them during the entire trip. Also, they should have been attending our sessions regularly.
      7. Accommodation Policy :
      a. If you are a single person participating in the trip, you may need to share the room with strangers. If you wish to stay alone,  additional charges will be applicable.
      b.  Additional bed will be available for children in the same room for extra charges.
